I recently stayed at Muisca for a business trip and was impressed by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. great place but needs a few tweaks
The family room was spacious, accommodating our needs perfectly. The staff showed exceptional convenience service, especially with our child, always making us feel welcomed. The location allowed easy access to attractions and restaurants, which was a major plus during our trip. We were truly grateful to Carlos and the team for their friendly hospitality!
Minor issues with noise levels during the night disrupted our sleep occasionally.

We loved staying at this charming place! The location in La Candelaria was perfect for exploring the vibrant streets. The staff was super friendly, especially Carlos, who helped us arrange adventures like hiking and ecotours nearby. Breakfast on the rooftop was a lovely touch!
My kids wished for more soundproofing between rooms.

The rooms boast unique traditional decor, reflecting the local culture beautifully. The garden area offers a serene spot for breakfast, featuring various traditional Colombian dishes that's worth savoring in the fresh morning air.
Although not a dealbreaker, the location in La Candelaria can feel deserted at night, which may not suit everyone. Walking to the hotel involves a steep hill that could be challenging for those less mobile. Additionally, sound travels easily, making first-floor rooms somewhat noisy when guests pass by or when activities occur in shared spaces.

I loved the charming decor that beautifully reflected Bogotá's rich history. The hotel was clean and cozy, with a lovely rooftop terrace offering stunning views, although it had narrow stairs that could be a challenge for seniors.
Stairs are challenging for those with mobility issues.

Centrally located gem!
The place is super walkable, with bars and restaurants right around the corner. The breakfast was actually one of the best parts – their fresh juice was top-notch! Only thing was, the rooms were a bit small and chilly at night. Still, great experience overall!

The staff provided exceptional service, with Carlos going out of his way to assist and even arrange local trips. The location was convenient, offering a pleasant view of the city. However, the experience was marred by cold temperatures in the room, noise from the breakfast area, and the steep hill leading to the entrance, making it less appealing for future visits.
